Hi! I’m Rachel
I’m a former professional dancer turned Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I’ve dedicated my career to supporting dancers in healing from dancer diet culture (ya know… those confusing messages telling you what’s “good” and what’s “bad” for performance?).
My approach continues to prove successful with the thousands of dancers who work to implement my approach to fueling for performance and building a supportive relationship with both food and body.
After years of following Rachel and TTP, I decided to apply to be an ambassador. I was so honored to participate in this program, as the advice, guidance, and science provided by Rachel helped me through some difficult times as a dancer myself. I loved being able to share my own recipes, my story and dance journey, sharing photos of my best looking food, and more! If you are looking for a way to involve yourself more in the TTPN community, this is the way.TTP Ambassador Emma

Throughout my journey in the arts I have worked towards further developing a positive relationship with food, and have used To The Pointe Nutrition as a leading resource. Being a TTP ambassador has been nothing but a positive experience, not to mention an incredibly valuable program that covers all aspects of food in ways I didn’t even know were possible! I am so grateful for the amount of knowledge and support I have received from Rachel, and would absolutely recommend working with her to anyone wanting to fix, nourish, and enhance their relationship with food.TTP Ambassador Gabbi

Meet our TTP Ambassadors
Since 2018, TTP Ambassadors have helped to redefine what it means to be The Healthy Dancer®.
It has been an amazing opportunity. I loved working with Rachel and learning new ways to empower my students and myself in the studio. Rachel is such valuable asset to the Dance World and being a TTP ambassador is a great way to connect with her and other dancers who have similar struggles as ours. I enjoyed sharing the weekly templates, recipe ideas and what a day in my life looked like as a dancer, wife, and dance teacher. I LOVED participating in the Healthy Dancer Summer Intensive: the workshops, masterclasses, and nutrition sessions. So much valuable information was shared with us and saved in a portal that gave us the flexibility to watch in in our own time. If you have the opportunity and are interested in Nutrition or want to stop the taboo of food in your life, I would definitely say APPLY to become a TTP ambassador. There is so much you can learn!TTP Ambassador Camille
I have been dancing for 13 years. For 9 of those years I trained in all styles, I recently made the switch to focusing on ballet! I currently train at the Columbia Conservatory of Dance in South Carolina 5-6 days a week. Fueling my body properly is extremely imperative to my performance and my mentality as a pre-professional ballet student!
Heather currently dances with the internationally acclaimed dance company MOMIX. Heather holds a BFA in dance from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University. Heather is also a Wellness Advocate, Certified Yoga Teacher, and a certified Animal Flow® Instructor. Heather has a passion for healing and is an advocate for social justice, wildlife, and the Earth.
Camille is a Dance Educator in Panama City. As one of the owners of Balans Ballet and Fitness Center, her goal is to create an environment for dancers that fosters growth and discipline in a healthy environment. After graduating from NYU with a BA and minor in Nutrition she found her work matched perfectly with TTP’s philosophy and applied to become TTP ambassador.
Being a TTP Nutrition Ambassador has been such an incredible experience. Throughout this past year, this program has been so helpful to me. Especially when I was away at a summer intensive and was still able to participate in all the masterclasses and workshops! I truly feel like my time as a TTP ambassador has helped me heal my relationship with food and understand the importance of fueling my body as an active dancer.TTP Ambassador Campbell
Alana is a dancer at Next Generation Ballet. This is my third year dancing in Tampa since I moved from Illinois. Being a TTP Ambassador has been an amazing experience. It was wonderful having the ability to connect with different dancers. I especially loved the summer intensive with different workshops and masterclasses. If you are considering applying for this program you definitely should. I have learned so much and am forever grateful for this program.
Ilona is a pre-professional ballet dancer at Miami City Ballet School as well as a full-time high school student! As a TTP Ambassador, Ilona learned how to navigate her busy schedule and fuel her body properly. Not only did she improve her relationship with food, but she became passionate about helping other dancers in similar situations.
Emma received the majority of her training with International Ballet Academy in Bellevue, WA. She graduated from IBA’s Professional Division in 2022, after two years performing with them as an International Ballet Theatre member. Emma is currently a freelance artist in the Seattle area and has performed with Dance Conservatory Seattle, Westlake Dance Center, The Guild Dance Company, Evoke Productions’ Full Tilt, guesting with local ballet studios, and other independently produced projects.
I would not be where I am today without Rachel and To The Pointe Nutrition. Not only did she help me navigate the diet culture of the ballet world, but she was a friend, someone who knew exactly what I was going through because she had experienced it herself. Through the Healthy Dancer Summer Intensive and one-on-one sessions with Rachel, I learned that food is fuel, not something to be earned or feared. (Not to mention, food is also delicious!) Being a TTP Ambassador was also an incredible experience, it helped me on my own journey while being able to promote food freedom to others!TTP Ambassador Ilona

Nikki is a Nashville-based dancer & math tutor. She is a a company member of Ignite Dance, and tries to make it to the studio as often as she can! When she’s not dancing, she enjoys watching hockey games, playing with her dog, and trying out new recipes. As a TTP Ambassador, she is learning how to take a proactive approach to nutrition while balancing the busy demands of adult life.
Since becaming a TTP Ambassador in 2021 and after completing The Healthy Dancer Summer Intensive, I applied for ambassadorship. Through these experiences, I’ve built a healthier relationship with food, exercise, and my body. These skills have not only helped me to be more successful in the studio, but also given me the necessary tools to navigate a busy adult life.TTP Ambassador Nikki
