I’m a former professional dancer turned Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I’ve dedicated my career to supporting dancers in healing from dancer diet culture (ya know… those confusing messages telling you what’s “good” and what’s “bad” for performance?).
My approach continues to prove successful with the thousands of dancers who work to implement my approach to fueling for performance and building a supportive relationship with both food and body.
