Be A Summer Intensive Success Story
Throughout this 6-week intensive, you’ll connect with like-minded dancers interested in building sustainable career habits. Designed to supplement your current summer dance plans, The Healthy Dancer® Summer Intensive is 100% virtual.
Each week, you’ll dive into the stages of The Healthy Dancer® (outlined below). You’ll work alongside Rachel, utilizing exclusive resources and live Q+As. Additional workshops are offered and hosted by dance medicine professionals representing all aspects of interdisciplinary care including injury prevention, recovery, body confidence, collegiate prep, mental health, auditions, conditioning, and more. Performance masterclasses are hosted weekly by guest artists from your favorite professional companies worldwide. Access to a video library of classes is provided and can be enjoyed at your own pace.

- Dismantle Dancer Diet Culture– Learn how to reject the diet mentality and follow a non-restrictive approach to fueling the body.

Summer Intensive FAQs
The entire 6-week program is $175.00. Early-bird registration opens in April at a discounted rate of $125.00. I know… this is the most economical summer dance intensive out there!
Due to the busy nature of most intensives, much of The Healthy Dancer® Summer Intensive is completed on your own time. However, a flexible approach allows you to utilize this program as the perfect supplement to your summer. Weekly workbooks offer activities to help unwind from a busy dance day. All workshops and masterclasses are pre-recorded and accessible at a time that works best for you (sip your favorite tea and tune in from the comfort of your bedroom!). All sessions are recorded and can be accessed at a time that works best for you.
Once registered, you’ll receive your welcome packet and a preliminary schedule. The program begins on July 1st and ends on August 11th.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. I want you to be happy so if you feel that this program is not for you, refunds are possible. But you’ll have to request your refund within the first 3 days of us working together.
The Healthy Dancer® Summer Intensive is designed for dancers ages 15 and up. The program is an ideal option for:
- Pre-professional dancers enrolled in summer intensives.
- Professional dancers on summer layoff.
