Each week, you’ll work directly with Rachel to access exclusive resources and interactive live Q&A sessions tailored to your unique dance journey. Deepen your learning through bonus workshops led by qualified dance medicine experts, covering essential topics like injury prevention, recovery strategies, body confidence, mental wellness, and audition preparation. Summer Intensive FAQs
The entire 6-week program is $175.00. Early-bird registration opens in April at a discounted rate of $125.00. I know… this is the most economical summer dance intensive out there!
Summer Intensive season is busy for dancers! That’s why The Healthy Dancer® Summer Intensive is completed on your own time. A flexible yet guided approach allows you to utilize this program in a way that supports your schedule. Weekly workbooks offer activities to help unwind from a busy dance day. All workshops and masterclasses are recorded and accessible at a time that works best for you (sip your favorite tea and tune in from the comfort of your bedroom!). Weekly office hours are live, but if you cannot make it, we’ll schedule a follow up to review what was missed.
Once registered, you’ll receive your welcome packet and a preliminary schedule. The program begins on June 30th and ends on August 10th.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. I want you to be satisfied with the program, so if you feel it’s not the right fit, you can request a refund within the first 3 days of our work together. Please note that refunds will be subject to a processing fee.
The Healthy Dancer® Summer Intensive is designed for dancers ages 15 and up. The program is an ideal option for:
- Pre-professional dancers enrolled in summer intensives.
- Professional dancers on summer layoff.
