Cultivate supportive habits for your dance audience.
Because of the vulnerable nature of dancers to perfectionism, disordered eating, and eating disorders, it’s critical that brands, when offering nutrition-, weight- and lifestyle-related education, do their part in making sure these efforts are pursued alongside a credentialed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD or RDN) or Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LD or LDN). Furthermore, those credentialed individuals with experience in the realm of disordered eating and eating disorders are a major plus.
As a former dancer turned Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Rachel’s passion is to teach dancers about how to fuel for performance using a sustainable, non-restrictive, and balanced approach. Through The Healthy Dancer® Nutrition & Wellness Initiative, you’ll provide qualified and evidence-based nutrition education to your dancers.
Rachel gave a presentation to the UNITY Dance Educator Conference and shared so much valuable information and usable resources for our attendees to take home and implement in their studios. She truly understands the unique challenges faced by dancers and teachers trying to navigate a healthy lifestyle and is not only generous with her knowledge but also accessible in her delivery of information. Highly recommend!

We recently partnered with Rachel Fine and To The Pointe Nutrition to provide Self-Care education for our Instagram followers and it has been such a thrill to be able to work with an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate educator like Rachel!
Creating educational and healthy content can be difficult when catering to a younger audience but Rachel always seems to know exactly what to say and how to say it. We’ve learned so much in terms of Nutrition and Social Media that we will always be eternally grateful for her help.
Many of our dancers, teachers, and staff have told us how they have loved learning from The Healthy Dancer® guides and materials so much so that they have been inspired by her to do more to better their health. Thank you, Rachel, for all that you do and we hope to work with you more in the future!

We had Rachel at our school, Cary Ballet Conservatory, for our Winter Intensive and her workshop was so helpful and informative for the students. We always look for ways for our dancers to be healthy and happy individuals, and we appreciate Rachel’s support and approach. We will have her back and we always recommend her as a resource to our parents and dancers.
