Welcome 2025 TTP Ambassadors

TTP Ambassadors are a dedicated group of dancers, former dancers, and dance educators who play a vital role in amplifying the mission of The Healthy Dancer®. These individuals, each with extensive backgrounds in dance, empower others by sharing their experiences in a way that resonates deeply within the dance community. With a passion for fostering balance, TTP Ambassadors lead by example, encouraging dancers to prioritize nourishment and a balanced mindset. By helping to amplify the message of The Healthy Dancer®, TTP Ambassadors are instrumental in empowering dancers to move past diet culture and build a healthier, more sustainable studio culture.
Meet the Dancers
Violet Bleger is a Colorado native and student at the Nutmeg Conservatory of the Arts in Torrington, Connecticut. Bleger started working with Rachel through The Healthy Dancer when recovering from a personal experience with disordered eating.

Sofiia Stoieva hails from Ukraine, where she lived for 15 years. Since the war began, Stoieva left the country in search of a new path to dance safely. After a year travelling around the Europe, Stoieva landed at the Joffrey Ballet school in New York. During this time, Stoieva crafted new roots, relearning how to dance, how to communicate and the most importantly — how to stay nourished in a new environment.
A message from Sofia:: I began late— at 12 years old when most teachers said it’s too late. I never gave up on myself. My dreams and determination brought me to the biggest city that I’m passionate about, and I only can wonder what is waiting for me in the future.
